Note: You need to allow sufficient time within the hire period for preparation and for guests arriving. Access for florists, caterers etc is strictly from the start of the hire. The ceremony itself usually takes about half an hour and you will need between an hour and a half and two hours afterwards for photographs, drinks and catering. Please ensure you have allowed sufficient time after the ceremony to enjoy the marriage celebrations as you and your guests must vacate the premises by the end of the hire period. Any overrun may result in a surcharge of £75 per half hour or part thereof.

You may supply the refreshments you wished served but any food has to be ordered through our suppliers. Our waitresss service is compulsory. Cost will be on a 'per head' basis and invoiced separately once guest numbers are confirmed.
