Choose your Dates - For your preferred choice of dates consult our Availability Chart.

Booking Enquiry - To check that your selected dates are still available submit the online Booking Enquiry form or contact us on 01392 833668. Confirmation of availability will be sent back to you by email or advised when you call.

Provisionally Booking your dates - If you wish us to hold the selected dates for you, you will need to complete and submit the online Provisional Booking Request form. We can hold provisional bookings for 10 days by which time we shall need a deposit to secure the dates you have chosen. On the expiry of the 10 days the provisional booking will automatically lapse if the required deposit has not been received.

Deposit to Secure your Booking - A deposit of £100.00 is required to secure your booking. You can pay this securely online by clicking the Pay Now button below. Enter your start date in the box provided and click on the Pay Now button to pay the deposit only.

You can also pay by cheque made payable to Devon Historic Buildings Trust, and sent to DHBT, Haldon Court, Dunchideock, Exeter, Devon EX6 7YE. Please allow sufficient time for possible postal delays when posting your cheque. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer contact us for details.

Booking Form - We will need a completed  booking form to finalise the booking arrangements. This can be done online by clicking this Booking Form link.

Final Payment - The balance of the hire charge will be due 2 weeks before your arrival date. You can pay this online by entering your start date in the box provided and clicking on the Pay Now button below.

If you prefer to pay by cheque please make this payable to Devon Historic Buildings Trust and send to DHBT, Haldon Court, Dunchideock, Exeter, Devon EX6 7YE. Contact us for details if you wish to pay by bank transfer. Please note no reminder will be sent and Key Uplift Instructions will be advised on payment of the balance.
