Choose your Date - For your preferred choice of hire day and session consult our Availability Chart.

Booking Enquiry - To check that your selected date and session is still available submit the online Booking Enquiry form or contact us on 01392 833668. Confirmation of availability will be sent back to you by email or advised when you call.

Provisionally Booking your date - If you wish us to hold the selected date for you will need to complete and submit the online Provisional Booking Request form. We can hold provisional bookings for 10 days by which time we shall need a deposit to secure the date and session you have chosen. On the expiry of the 10 days the provisional booking will automatically lapse if the required deposit has not been received.

Before formalising your booking with us, you will need to check the Registrars’ availability for the day and time you wish the ceremony to take place. Contact them on 08451 551002 and ask to speak to the Exeter Register office.

To Secure your Booking we require the completion of a Booking Form and payment of a deposit of £200.00. You can pay the deposit securely online by entering the Ceremony Date & Session in the box provided below and clicking on the Pay Now button (to pay the deposit only).

You can also pay by cheque which should be made payable to Devon Historic Buildings Trust, and sent to Haldon Court, Dunchideock, Exeter, Devon EX6 7YE. Please allow sufficient time for possible postal delays when posting your cheque. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer contact us for details.

Booking Form - We will need the completed Booking Form to finalise the booking arrangements. This can be done online by clicking the above link otherwise a hard copy will be forwarded to you for completion and return.

Final Payment - The balance of the hire charge will be due 2 weeks before the ceremony.

and clicking on the Pay Now button to pay the balance only.

If you prefer to pay by cheque make this payable to Devon Historic Buildings Trust and send to Haldon Court, Dunchideock, Exeter, Devon EX6 7YE. Contact us for details if you prefer to pay by bank transfer.

Please note: A reminder will be sent to you about a month before the wedding along with a Hire Requirements form for you to complete and return with details such as guest numbers, seating arrangements, drinks/catering requirements etc.

For a Champagne/Drinks Reception: You may provide us with what drinks you wish to be served to your guests but you must utilise our in-house drinks service. There will be a charge of £2.20 per head (min £50.00) to cover the services of our waitresses, the use of our glasses, tables and linen. We have facilities to chill down any drinks which require to be served chilled.

If canapés, nibbles or a finger buffet to complement the Champagne/Drinks Reception is required, we have dedicated suppliers who have specially designed a range of menus for you to choose from. Please book your preferred caterers well in advance to ensure their availability.

To book a Drinks/Catering reception, complete and submit the online Drinks and Catering Order form.

On submission of the form your order will be acknowledged and you will invoiced for this service once final guest numbers are confirmed.
